I led the design and implementation of a competency assessment tool that created personalized learning plans, reduced skill gaps and integrated seamlessly with a newly launched centralized Learning Hub. This initiative achieved an 84% adoption rate by the end of the first month and was spotlighted by leadership as a scalable best practice.
