Over a two-year project, I designed and implemented a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals. This included conducting a training needs analysis, redesigning training content, building job-specific learning plans, selecting an LMS through a competitive bidding process, and onboarding an internal L&D coordinator. The results included increased training completion rates, better performance tracking, and improved alignment between training and production goals.
